A 5-day immersive retreat designed to support nervous system regulation, reflection, and renewal. Together we’ll slow down, reconnect with the body’s wisdom, and explore the layered journey toward wholeness.

A gentle, community-centered workshop where we’ll explore breathwork, mindfulness, and grounding practices to calm the nervous system and reconnect with presence.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience to join?
Not at all. My retreats and workshops are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You don’t need to have practiced yoga, meditation, or nervous system work before. Everything we do is gentle, guided, and adaptable to your body and comfort level.

What if I feel anxious about being in a group?
That’s completely normal — many people do. I create spaces that are trauma-informed, compassionate, and non-judgmental. You’ll always be invited to participate at your own pace. Sharing is never required, and you are free to step back, rest, or observe whenever you need.

What should I bring?
For most workshops and retreats, I recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable clothing for gentle movement and breathwork

  • A journal or notebook for reflection

  • A water bottle

  • Any personal items that help you feel grounded (a blanket, cushion, or small object of comfort)

If a specific event requires anything more (like meals, lodging info, or special items), you’ll receive details when you register.

Massage

Neuromuscular Trigger Point Massage Therapy

This focused form of bodywork blends functional movement awareness with gentle, precise techniques designed to relieve tension and restore balance. Unlike deep-tissue massage that can feel overwhelming, neuromuscular trigger point therapy works with the body in a way that is effective yet minimal in pain.

Sessions support:

  • Relief from chronic muscle tension or discomfort

  • Improved mobility and functional movement

  • Nervous system regulation through mindful touch

Massage therapy is available by request in Colorado Springs as an additional layer of support on your wellness journey.
