Healing isn't linear. It's layered.
Sanctum & Soil is a place where nervous system education, body-based wellness, and compassionate coaching come together to support lasting wellbeing.
Is This Place for You?
Maybe you've been carrying more than anyone realizes.
Maybe you've been doing everything you know to do, yet your body still feels tense, your mind won't slow down, or you're simply tired of feeling like you're surviving instead of living.
Perhaps you're here because...
- You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted.
- Stress seems to live in your body as much as in your mind.
- Chronic pain or muscle tension keeps showing up.
- You've tried different approaches, but something still feels missing.
- You're navigating a season of change and aren't sure where to begin.
- You want to better understand yourself, your nervous system, and the patterns that have shaped you.
- You're looking for practical tools, not just temporary relief, to support lasting wellbeing.
You don't have to have all the answers before you begin.
Whether you're seeking coaching, body-based care, education, or simply a place to start, you're welcome here.

"Anique has been a part of my healing journey for years. I have suffered early childhood trauma that translated to issues in my body. She took the time to guide me through a meditation to allow my healing. With her knowledge in yoga, mindfulness, and massage, she is a gold mine and her passion for those she helps shines through.
I cannot recommend her enough!"
