The Heart of Sanctum & Soil

Sanctum & Soil is a place for remembering what has always been within you.

Here, healing is not about becoming someone new or fixing what is broken. It is about learning to listen to your body, your nervous system, your experiences, and the wisdom that has been there all along. Healing unfolds slowly, often in layers, and every layer deserves compassion.

The name itself reflects what I hope you'll find here. A sanctum is a place of safety, where you can arrive just as you are. Soil is where growth happens, not because we force it, but because we create the conditions for it to take root.

My work is shaped by both lived experience and professional training. As a cancer survivor, a mother, and someone who has navigated heartbreak and healing, I understand that life leaves its mark on all of us. Those experiences taught me that resilience isn't about pretending we're unaffected. It's about learning to return to ourselves with honesty, courage, and care.

That understanding has been deepened through years of study in applied behavioral science, nervous system regulation, therapeutic bodywork, trauma-informed care, wellness coaching, and mindfulness-based practices. Together, they inform an approach that is compassionate, evidence-informed, and deeply respectful of each person's unique story.

Whether we're working together through coaching, body-based care, education, or workshops, my role is not to tell you who you should become. It is to walk alongside you as you build awareness, reconnect with your strengths, and cultivate the skills that support lasting wellbeing.

Because I believe this:

You are not broken.

You are human.

And growth becomes possible when we create the space for it.

My Story

For much of my life, I believed healing meant finding the right answer.

If I could just learn enough, work hard enough, or try one more thing, maybe everything would finally fall into place.

But over time, through my own experiences, my professional training, and the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people, I began to notice something different.

Healing rarely begins with having the perfect plan.

It begins with noticing.

Noticing the tension we've learned to carry. Noticing the stories we've come to believe about ourselves. Noticing the ways our bodies have worked so hard to protect us. And discovering that with understanding, patience, and the right support, those patterns can begin to change.

That's why I created Sanctum & Soil.

The name reflects two things I believe are essential to growth. A sanctum is a place of safety, a space where you can show up honestly, without needing to perform or pretend. Soil is where growth happens. It reminds us that lasting change takes time, care, and the right conditions. We cannot force a seed to grow, but we can create an environment where it has every opportunity to flourish.

My work brings together nervous system education, wellness coaching, therapeutic bodywork, movement, and mindfulness because healing doesn't happen through one conversation or one technique alone. Sometimes we begin with understanding. Sometimes we begin with the body. Sometimes we simply begin by taking one small step toward ourselves.

Today, my mission is simple: to help people better understand themselves, reconnect with their bodies, and build practical skills that support lasting wellbeing. Whether we're working together through coaching, body-based care, workshops, or education, I hope that you'll leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more confident in your ability to care for yourself.

I don't believe you're broken.

I believe your mind and body have been doing their best with the experiences they've had.

And I believe growth becomes possible when we meet ourselves with curiosity instead of judgment.

I'm honored you're here, and I'd be grateful to walk alongside you.

Honoring your Healing and Rooting for your Growth,

~ Anique

My Approach

I believe meaningful change begins with understanding, not judgment.

My role is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we explore the connection between your mind, body, and nervous system. Together, we'll build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and take intentional steps toward lasting wellbeing, at a pace that feels right for you.

Healing isn't about perfection. It's about learning to care for yourself with curiosity, compassion, and consistency.

Ready to Begin?

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone.

Whether you're looking for coaching, body-based care, therapeutic massage, or a place to better understand your nervous system, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Wherever you are in your journey, you're welcome here.

Let's take the next step together.
